For me, it wasn't about giving things up or depriving myself - it was about becoming a person I knew I could be, deep down. A person I deserved to be for myself, my children, and everyone else around me.
Since then, I’ve gone alcohol-free, qualified as a Positive Psychology Coach (practitioner level), and become a Level 3 Personal Trainer. I’ve run marathons, built a successful business, and helped others make changes they never thought possible.
Now, I help people like you - people with responsibilities, pressures, and a never-ending to-do list - to put yourself first, shift your mindset, change your habits, and discover a newfound excitement for life.
In 2021, I was sick of feeling tired, stuck, and so far from the life I wanted. I knew alcohol wasn’t helping, and neither was ignoring my health
Not at all. Some people work with me for support in leaving alcohol behind, while others want to focus on their health or transitioning into a new chapter in life, however that may look for you. As all sessions are 100% tailored to you, they revolve around your goals and circumstances.
Is this just for people who want to quit drinking?
No! We start with where you are - physically, mentally, and emotionally. Everyone starts somewhere, and it's about progress, not comparison. Our 1:1 sessions are a judgement and shame-free zone, so you only experience pure support and encouragement.
Do I have to be fit already?
Congratulations on being brave enough to take that step. Don't think of those other times as failures - think of them as stages in your journey towards your ultimate goals. You have the desire to make a change, and when the time and support are right, you will. Believe in yourself - you are worthy of a life you love.

I prefer working alongside other people. Is there a group option?
There's no right or wrong - just whatever is right for you, right now. Therapy helps you look back and unpack your issues, while a PT gives you a set plan (without addressing the underlying reasons for your struggles). Coaching is like a sat nav on your journey to where you want to be - guiding you, asking questions that spark lightbulb moments, and equipping you with tools to overcome obstacles.
